Default Haved youhad your time wasted at a Mercantile court hearing? - Wasted costs order

If you were at a recent Mercantile court hearing only to find that the bank settled your claim then you should consider applying for a wasted costs order.

If you are scheduled to attend another Mercantile Court hearing at some time in the future then you shojld prepare a waste costs application to take along with you.

If the bank settles at the hearing, you should then tell the judge but also present him with your wasted costs application.

Even if you do not attend court, if you have been forced to make a court claim only to be met by obstructive tactics and sham defences then make an application for wasted costs:-

    http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...sts-order.html

Don't forget that the lawyers who attend are sitting in court for up to £200 per hour.
How much are you getting paid to be there simply in order to get your own money back
