hi mazza would seem your almost there, correct me if im wrong but i believe up to date nat west havent defended a case in court and tend to make an offer at the last minute, so fingers crossed the winning lline is in sight, good luck

Hi personally this close to the court date i wouldnt email them but wait and see what turns up in your mail, still a few days to go, can u smell your money yet? maybe im getting excited but ur almost there, and dont want to jeopodise anything with emails, good luck

Not to burst your bubble, but are you ready for Court just in case? They may not settle, and then may not turn up.

If you go to court, make sure you have a copy ofNatwest 's
terms and conditions if they are not in your court bundle, just in case. You might also want to read reka's excellent thread (http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...bey-court.html) if you haven't already - particularly the statement he had prepared for when the bank didn't show up. You probably won't need them but...
You might get chance to ask for wasted costs there and then too.
