Default Help Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont know if this is in the right place or not be, please move it if its not,

any way here i am,

I have a "car" and i have not paid the last 3 months as works not good, with them 3 months missed i only have 3 more to make and the car is paid for, so in all i only have 6 months to pay, i got a letter today saying they are TERMINATEING the agreement and i need to give back the car, "i need the car for work"


Where do i stand with this, i can start to pay this off now as i have work for the next 3 months, do you think if i phone them on monday and make them an offer of 200 or 250 aweek, every think will be ok!!


your input please guys.......as i dont want to lose the car!!

What do you think the out come will be ? do you think they will take my offer ?

who is the creditor?
oh and look at your agreement, if you are that close tothe end, there are no car finance packages that i have ever seen that can demand the car back after certain calendar dates from the agreement have passed.

i would guess you have got a std computer generated letter here.

i would also expect that what you have concluded is correct, they should just allow to to pay it up and call it done.

unless its the dreaded welcome finance!
they nor we ever seem to understand half of why they do things...

according to my agreement if you have paid more that 1/3 they have to get a court order to repo the car. Unless ive mis read it.
