Download our toolbar |  Cancel order for used car Hi Last Saturday I did a deal at my local Citroen dealer to exchange my 56 plate Mondeo for an 08 plate Xsara Picasso. I left a £250 deposit on the Picasso and am due to exchange on Feb 1st. I have since changed my mind. Can I legally back out of the deal. I am prepared to forfeit my deposit. Cheers, Dave  |

| Re: Cancel order for used car If its an all cash deal if I recall correctly you can't back out once signed If your doing it on finace if I recall correctly you can back out. |
