| Basic Account Holder | Hi, Very new to this forum, so looking for all help I can get. I have sent a message to admin as I am currently employed by Barclays (although on mat leave & career break). My account was held by Woolwich until June 07 and has now switched to Barclays (with new a/c details). In order to make a claim, do I write to Woolwich or Barclays. I have been told that I shouldn't encounter any problems even though I am staff, but would it make a difference as I am not currently actively at work? (apologies for any incorrect spelling, I am suffering from baby brain!!) |

| Classic Account Holder | Hi K4tyes and welcome to CAG! If you are sending http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...ction-act.html in order to calculate the charges you wish to reclaim, you should sent it to: Barclays Data Protection Radbroke Hall Knutsford Cheshire WA16 9EU If you already have your charges, you need to send http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...-approach.html along with a copy of your SChedule of Charges to Barclays Bank PLC 1 Churchill Place London E14 5HP Have a really good read of http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...se-read-these/ and use the template letters in http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...lates-library/
