| Basic Account Holder | Hi Back in July I started my "campaign" to claim back charges from The woolwich aswell as other banks and CC companies and got as far as receiving copy statements from them all as I had requested, but have not even really studied any of them as yet. Shortly after I was taken ill and have been in and out of hospital since then and have not been able to continue with the proceedings any further. Thankfully now I am in a better postion and frame of mind and would like to pick up where I left off, is that possible? I wish everyone a Merry Christmas and hope that we all can look forward to a prosperous and stress free New Year Georgi |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hi Georgi Hope you are enjoying the Holday too. Insofar as the credit card charges are concerned, these are not part of the OFt case in January and have already been investigated-so carry on with the claims process. In relation to bank charges you should also carry on as normal. The banks have been given waivers which lift restrictions on the 8 week time frame the banking codes suggest for dealing with complaints, however if you are considered a hardship case then they are required to look sympathetically at it.The test case is just around the corner so you should get the prelim letter off and await the deadline before continuing with the lba etc.So advice is to carry on as per guidelines. Keep reading the latest updates on cag to get the latest news. Feel free to ask further should you need to.
