Default citi cards

As citi-cards are proving very awkward and sneaky to deal with - havent we got at least one citi-cards worker on this site who can give us a few tips?

No we haven't Citi are very awkward but not impossible - we have plenty of wins against as Gary says ask for full disclosure.
Citi employees do use the site but certainly not to help us.

hi there,

how do i get to the point where i ask for full disclosure on citibank.

they have chosen to ignore my S.A.R - (Subject access requestautolinker.com autolinking image)

but they did in fact cash my cheque of £10 for S.A.R - (Subject access requestautolinker.com autolinking image) request, which is now sitting in my unused account - instead of using it to process my request.

what do i do now ?

any advice would be gratefully appreciated.

many thanks

alice x x

Canyou start a thread on your Citi claim as you don't appear to have one and then people can advise you on your claim ,
