 |  Direct Debit Originators or business / corporate bank staff When a  Update: Bank Of Scotland (HBOS) have confimed 25p per D.D their standard fee for automated transactions, the D.D.O collection fee is only to collect from their customers and not to receive if successful! However this 25p fee can be reduced to zero by negotiation for a branch based account or via an internet based account.
