 |  HI. I Dont no how many of you know this. But an example on the way the banks operate the contract between credit ref agency's and themselves are as follows. The bank generates a summaray of the account and then passes the information to the credit refrence agency. There is no checks at all on the credit refrence agency. Apart from the naked eye which dose not do very much at all apart from transfer the info to there database. Just a little info here Last edited by JOSH_IOU; 26th June 2008 at 15:50. |

| Royalties Account Holder  | Re: Usful Information On credit file hi pom you can do two things raise a complaint with the  thats a waste of time believe me best option is to contact the original creditor with your complaint to remove/rectify the incorrect data Information Commissioner`s Office very last court action |
