Bankfodder, My mum has a joint account a business account and a personal account with Clydesdale with plenty of chargees old and new. I would be very interested in help getting them back. There have been no efforts to start this process yet although we did Subject access requestautolinker.com autolinking image them for the 2 personal accounts as part of http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...ca-please.html

OK.

Please start a separate thread for your case. We'll be happy to help you.
Frankly, I think that YB is likley to be a soft target.

Please post a link to your new thread here.
Send me an email to our adminautolinker.com autolinking image@ account

It's all been forwarded to BankFodder georgie, and a reminder sent in case it's been overlooked.

Might be worth updating your thread on where you are now.

Post about YB here.

There is a seperate forum for Nat West so start a thread in that forum too. The arguments probably won't be exactly the same for different banks.
