Can You Help with a Hardship Project ??

Print PDF
We are looking for people who can help with a new project for dealing with 'Hardship'
  1. There are certain criteria which need to be fulfilled.
  2.  You must have a claim 'stayed', going though the court process, or at least a claim started.
  3. The account you are claiming against must be still open and be your main account.
  4. You must still be suffering charges on this account.
  5. You must be able to prove that you are suffering 'Hardship'. Use the list in the Wavier statement in my signature to see if you qualify.
If this is you, please contact BankFodder, myself or any member of the Site Team with a link to your thread or just post the details below.

This project will not help get your older charges back at this point, but MAY help stop future charges on this account.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Lex.

(This thread is not for a discussion on 'Hardship', it is intended to be a place to collect information.)
